I understand that due to the pre-ordering of equipment and IV supplies for services rendered there are no refunds once a service or package of any therapy has been purchased. I also understand Be More Clean/Be More Raw LLC has the right to refuse service for any reason at anytime if we deem appropriate. I certify that I have read and understand the above policies. I guarantee payment of all charges incurred as a patient of BE MORE CLEAN/BE MORE RAW LLC.

We trust you will book your therapy at the best suitable time and date convenient for yourself.  We enforce a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so within 24 hours in order to avoid the full rate penalty. Each appointment is booked for an 30-75 minutes depending on the IV and patient tolerance and comfort.

A MINIMUM OF 24-HOURS NOTICE IS REQUIRED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT IN ORDER TO AVOID A RESCHEDULING / CANCELLATION FEE. CHANGING FROM A CLOSED TO AN OPEN COLONIC WILL NOT CHANGE THE ORIGINAL PRICING OPTION YOU BOOKED. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS DUE TO COVID OR ANY OTHER ILLNESS, ESPECIALLY SINCE THIS IS WHEN YOU NEED AN IV OR COLONIC MOST.

If we are unable to answer your call leave a brief message or text. We do understand that emergencies or unforeseen circumstances may arise, we are more than willing to reschedule or cancel your appointment if necessary. However, we respectfully request the courtesy of giving us as much advance notice for canceling or rescheduling as possible.

Keep in mind that last minute cancellations or “no-shows” leave our therapists with empty appointment times. Because of this, clients that “no-show” for their appointment will forfeit your scheduled service and are responsible for the full cost of the appointment which will be charged from card on file or deducted from purchased package so the therapist can still be paid.

• ONLINE, LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE: YOU FORFEIT YOUR SCHEDULED SERVICE AND ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL COST OF THE APPOINTMENT WHICH WILL BE CHARGED FROM CARD ON FILE or DEDUCTED FROM PURCHASED PACKAGE.
